Credit where it's due though, the former TOWIE star works hard to earn his superhero physique.

Mark has been busy soaking up the sunshine this week in the Costa del Sol with cousin Elliot.

But while most lads on tour are seen propping up the bar by midday, the active pair were spied running along the sand for a dual workout, breaking into a sweat under the sweltering sun.

However, despite his super toned body, Mark insists he does indulge in a tipple or three.
During his break, Lauren Goodger's former flame revealed on Twitter he was sipping on a beer and tucking into 'a rack of lamb'.

On his return home on Thursday, the 25-year-old tweeted: 'Epic 2 weeks spent in miami and spain where I #LTD (living the dream) I'm actually looking 4ward 2 hitting my bed. Back 2 work 2moz.'

However, before Mark was reunited with his own bed, he had to endure several drunks on the plane.

He added: 'Nothing worse than getting on a plane after a week of drink & sun & 6 loud girls who r still drunk r behind u. #turntheBEATS2fullvolume.'

Mark also implied it wouldn't be long before the clean-living started again, saying: 'Detox officially starts 2mo. Bk 2 the uk 2night looking 4ward 2 my bed.'

Perhaps his chum and former ITV2 co-star James 'Arg' Argent can take a little bit of inspiration.

The wedding singer is due to run the Virgin London Marathon in April, but still has weight to shift.

Today it was reported that Mark might have some special memories from the trip, having climbed into bed with X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, 23.

The pair are said to have bumped into each other in Miami, with a source telling The Sun: 'It was a wild night and everybody was a bit worse for wear.

'Mark had been flirting with Tulisa all night and he really fancies her.'
