Hope you are doing good. Today, I am going to review an under eye cream by Dermalogica. It is called Total Eye Care with SPF 15. It’s an all-in-one eye cream. Read on to know more about it.

How to Use:

My Experience with Dermalogica Total Eye Care SPF 15:
I always feel everyone should use an eye cream. The eye creams should be used to take proper care of the delicate skin around the eyes and for extra care and hydration; and, not just when there’s a problem. I was searching for an eye cream that I could use in my day as well as night time skin care regimen. Since I am a big fan of this brand, I decided to opt for this cream.
It has a nice tube packaging, so you can carry it easily, and it’s hygienic too. It’s a very lightweight cream and spreads easily. So, only a small amount is required for each usage and it lasts long. This cream is a great option for daytime. Since it has skin color it can be used as a primer as well (or maybe for light coverage around the eyes).
It has SPF 15, which is great, as we rarely find an eye cream with SPF in it to protect our eye area from sun damage. It has a slight tint to it, which I like a lot. In fact, I sometimes use this cream as a highlighter to achieve a healthy glow around my cheekbones. This cream gives proper hydration to the eyes. But I could not see any difference in my dark circles. You may see a slight difference after a few months, though.
You can use this eye cream for immediate reduction in puffiness, for brightening the eye area and for sun protection. But, it is definitely not effective enough on fine lines or dark circles. I think there are better options available for that.
Since it has SPF and a tint in it, I do not use this cream in my night time skincare regimen. So, if you are specifically looking for an eye cream for night time, then this is not a good option. Still, I would say this is a good eye cream for day time.

Would I Repurchase Dermalogica Total Eye Care SPF 15?
Not anytime soon! I do not have dark circles or fine lines yet but I would like to buy a cream that I can use in my day as well as night time skin care regimen. I might get it in future.
Overall:
I like this product for everyday use, especially for its tint because it really highlights my eye area. Also, the SPF in this cream is an added advantage. But at present, keeping my eye area hydrated is my priority and I think I have better options in this price range.
